I help people breathe new life into living spaces that no longer
support wellbeing.
Whether it's a closet, room, garage, or entire home, I will work with
you to clear, organize, and redesign your space so that it better aligns
with your life flow and intentions.
I especially enjoy supporting people who are navigating significant transitions, like:
Downsizing for retirement
Moving or combining households
Welcoming a child
Becoming an empty nester
Adapting to the loss of a loved one
I also love working with people who are neurodivergent and uniquely
creative in their thinking and ways of being.
Feeling overwhelmed by your belongings, but struggling to find the time and energy to pare down?
Space Clearing
Through a gently structured process, I
can help you release and re-home items that are no longer serving you. I also offer a complimentary donation run after each session.
Want to live in a more harmonious space where you can easily find what you need, when you
need it?
Organizing
Together, we will organize your space so that everything in it has an intuitive home. We will also explore simple systems and practices that make it easier to stay organized over time.
Redesign
Looking to enhance the beauty of your home without needing to buy more things?
I will help you rearrange your furnishings and decor in a way that renews the beauty and energetic flow of
your space. Let's give your home a spacelift!

My story in a nutshell

I have been a practitioner of different types of transformation for 30 years. I started out as a community organizer in my 20s, became an organizational change facilitator in my 30s, and began transforming living spaces in my 40s.
I have also moved a lot over the course of my life (25 times to be exact). The first and most jarring experience was as a child when my family moved across the country to a spiritual commune. We hitched a small trailer of belongings to the back of our car and drove from North Carolina to Oregon. When we arrived, the toys I brought with me were immediately handed out to all of the kids to enjoy. At first I was horrified, until I realized that all their toys were mine to play with! I came to love my life there.
Since then, I've lived in multiple homes within and between states, cities, countries and continents. From Baltimore to Montreal, Montreal to Cape Town, and Cape Town to Vermont. Recently, after losing my home to a fire, I realized that this life-long cycle of uprooting and rehoming myself has been a blessing. It has taught me how to turn any space into an immediate home, to rely less on material anchors of belonging, and to lean more fully into the present moment.
My Guiding Philosophy

Living spaces are alive.
They are alive with our energy, the energy of our belongings, and the energy of our relationship with our belongings.
It's natural for them to dance between chaos and order, reflecting the different states of our mind, circumstances, and seasons of life. At times they can swing so far into chaos that we experience a paralysis of overwhelm. This tipping point is different for each of us. What feels like chaos to one person might feel comforting to someone else.
Although these swings can feel immensely challenging, it is important to be gentle with ourselves. When self-judgement arises, we must remind ourselves that every living system goes through cycles of creation, destruction and renewal. Our homes are no different.
Although we cannot completely avoid chaos, we can adopt simple systems and habits that reduce its frequency and intensity and help us more quickly bounce back to a state of calm.
